Card payments activate your plan immediately. Bank transfers (ACH) activate automatically once the payment clears, usually 2 to 4 business days.

What counts as an asset?
One piece of equipment in your register. Photos, sites, locations and users are unlimited on every plan.
What if I go over?
You will see your usage well before you reach the limit. Add capacity at $3 per asset, minimum 25, or move up a tier at any time. Nothing you have already captured is ever affected.
How do I pay?
Credit card or ACH, billed annually. Larger registers and custom plans can be invoiced against a purchase order.
Can I export my data?
Always, on every plan including Free. Your register exports to CSV and XLSX whenever you want it.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan needs nothing but an email address.
