We also collect basic technical information such as device and browser type and usage activity needed to operate the service.

We use your information to provide and operate the service: identifying equipment, generating asset tags, organizing your records, and enabling export. We use account information to authenticate you and secure your access. We do not sell your personal information or your asset data.

Your data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure and isolated to your organization through database-level access controls. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. For more detail, see our Security Overview.

We rely on third-party providers to operate the service, including our authentication provider, database and hosting providers, and the AI services used to identify equipment from the information you submit. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the features described in the app.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can export your data at any time. If you would like your data deleted, contact us and we will assist, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

You may access and export your data from within the app. You may request correction or deletion of your information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information under applicable law.
